This company is horrible. They have made a mess of Ellsworth ave in salem Ohio. They had a road closed sign at the end of a dead end street directing all traffic down the dead end street. They have left huge holes across the road that has caused damage to vehicles that they refuse to be held responsible for. They have blocked people from getting into their homes. They leave for the weekend with holes and piles of dirt that the residents of salem have to deal with. They put up red lights at each end of construction with both lights green at the same time on one lane. This was aired on channel 21 news and still was not made right. These people should not be responsible for a city project like this. They may be the cheapest bid but the city sure got what they paid for.
