We had Servpro come out for a (second) carpet cleaning as well as our first duct work cleaning. 

Aaron, as expected, did a fabulous job on our carpets. This was his second time at our home and we love how thorough he is. 

Better yet, the duct work cleaning far exceeded my expectations. The two gentlemen who handled each and every vent were careful not to make a mess in our home (which was particularly difficult given how much dust and dirt were clogged in them). They even vacuumed areas of our home afterwards to be sure there was no residual dust. Seeing what they sucked out of our vents made me realize how long-overdue this cleaning was. To think that’s what my husband and I have been inhaling makes me cringe. 

We are SO happy we got this duct work cleaned and highly recommend for anyone who’s considering it!

I would highly recommend SERVPRO of East Mahoning county. When our business suffered from water damage the team was quick to respond and was very efficient. Andrew was so knowledgable and his crew worked vigorously over the weekend to get our clinic back up and running. I also appreciated how accessible Andrew was during the process. Again, I highly recommend them if you're experiencing water damage!

A water disaster struck and I called SERVPRO at the recommendation of my cousin.  They came out after hours and stabilized our situation.  The team that came could not have been nicer and were extremely efficient.  They knew exactly what to do and went to work.  I knew immediately we were in good hands.  Since that night every single person we have encountered has been great to deal with and I can not thank them enough.  I would highly recommend this company!!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Responded late at night when we had flooding and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend their services.

I would definitely recommend Servpro of East Mahoning County.  We had basement flooding and water damage.  Not only were they quick, knowledgeable and professional, Katie was very caring and helpful with our insurance company.
