Visited this place yesterday as we entered the restaurant I was welcomed by a lovely young lady with a great attitude also we were welcomed by the chef. We sat at the bar and had a drink while waiting on our table. We were given our seats and had a wonderful waiter probably one of the best I have ever had. We were offered some off menu veil which sounded wonderful so I ordered that and my wife decided on a chicken dish now this is where our wonderful experience so far did an 180. The waiter returned and informed me that he was wrong there was no veil available so I decided on a pork cutlets so we where again on track for dinner so we thought. We waited almost an hour and a half we we received our meals my wives chicken was so dry it was more like chicken jerky and my pork was so tough I had a hard time cutting it with a knife at this point we were very disappointed. We informed the waiter we were not going to eat this and asked for a check for our apps and drinks at this point we were done and just wanted to leave. He returned with the chef he was very apologetic and asked if he could make us something else he wanted for us to be happy super nice gentleman I told him to just surprise us.I'm thinking that it must have been a sous chef that made our first entrees because when the chef returned and we tasted our food boy were we surprised. This was probably some of the best food we have had, very impressed. Very flavorful, moist and wonderful presentation. I thought I would never want to return to this restaurant but I will be back I do believe this chef truly cares about his guests. He was able to turn a complete disaster into a truly wonderful experience thank you

First time visI ting hot springs and heard about this place, so didn't know what to expect but it was amazing. The atmosphere was great our waiter was phenomenal and the food was so delicious. I got the lobster ravioli and the sauce was incredible. I'd definitely come back just to eat here again.

We visited Hot Springs this weekend and remembeted this GEM!!  Now living in s small Louisiana town we don't get to experience great Italian and great wait service often. The antipasto salad was huge and delicious. I had veal picatta and it was perfection. My hubby had the Italian sausage and peppers with the side of pasta/tomato gravy. His eyes teated up a bit because it tasted like his Sicilian grandfather used to make. 

Our waitress Linda was SUPERB by all counts. We met both the current and former brother owners; along with Jamal's  food truck partner!  ( find them at the food court on Airport road! They have Chicago style Italian beefs!!) 

Just a GREAT experience! Don't miss this one if you love the real deal Italian experience!!

This was by far the best dining experience I have had in a very long time. Our server Aaron/Erin (didn't ask for the spelling) was a delight and made excellent suggestions. The roscato was fantastic and very part of the meal from the appetiser to the desert was top of the line. I would highly recommend eating here and will definitely be returning myself the next time I am in town.

Great good, sea scallops unbelievable delish. Traditional choices also awsome.
