Terrible auction company ! Would never use them again to buy or sell items. They lie about values. Have people shill bidding. Overcharge auction fees. Rude. Total disorganization. Don't know how to treat customers. This company used to be called Jay Sugarman and there license got revoked. Beware !

One of the best auctions I have ever been to in my life and I have been to many.

High fees. Lots of rules. Must pay $100 refundable fee at the beginning of the auction (never needed to do this for other auctions). Once you win the bid, cannot remove any items until everything is sold. Very inconvenient and cannot leave early if you ever bid on anything. Commonly a late start anywhere from half an hour to an hour late. Would prefer if they gave an accurate start time than wasting my time. Needs much improvement.

RIGGED AUCTIONS! Phony kick up bids by Sugarman stooges. Also mislead starting time by hours, without regard to buyer's valuable time/schedule. 
If you have nothing better to do with your money and time, it's OK!

Very much under impressed. 

Compared to other, much more smoothly run auctions, I found this to be slow paced, low energy, even boring.

Late start, too much chatter between auctioneer and his assistants. 

Check in was smooth and professional.

I'll give it one more shot.
