This is the absolute worst establishment I have ever used. I spent $180 to have 2 zippers replaced on a pair of Rockport boots. I have worn each less that 5 times since receiving them "fixed" and they are already falling apart. He didn't even sew the zippers on he glued them and ruined both pairs of my boots! I would not even recommend having your shoes shined here.

I have had several pairs of shoes fixed here; new tips put on my heels, new soles on many heels to get grip so I don't slip and fall, etc. A little more expensive than competiton... But worth it! My shoes always look brand new when I get them back!  Service is estimated at a week, but sometimes faster.  I would definitely recommend! :)
