I had my wife's 11 year old Dell computer upgraded at J&Y's. Two new HDD's, more RAM, new graphics card, a working DVD drive and Windows 10 Pro installed. Runs like brand new. They cleaned out all of the dust too. I was given an adapter cord for the graphics card to hook up the monitor, no charge. When I first went in I dealt with Edwin. He was great. Knows his stuff very well. Edwin moved to another store. Then I dealt with the owner, John. He took excellent care of us as he took over the project. We are very happy with the service we received and the cost was very reasonable. We would recommend J&Y Computers to our friends and family.

My computer stopped working and I was convinced that either my motherboard or CPU were dead. Fortunately for me, Edwin from J&Y computers convinced me that he should have a look at the problem, just in case he can help. It took him less than 10 minutes to find the problem and fix it. And wait for this:  he did not even want to charge me for his time and effort!
Edwin is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and I was very pleased with my experience. If you need help with your computer or you are looking to buy a reliable used computer, look no further than J&Y computers.

We were looking for a laptop and a desk top for our family for some time and after seeing the advertisement we decided to investigate J&Y Computers. Edwin was the person who met us when we walked into the store and was very informative. He never wanting to up sell anything or use pressure tactics like so many computer retailers will do. While we were there they also repaired my Android phone that was broken for 6 months. We walked out with a laptop, a desk top computer with dual screens not to mention my repaired cell phone and a new admiration for another great local business. The pricing is a fraction of that of the big box stores and the service is needless to say 150% better. Regardless of what hardware I wanted to be added to my desk top to customize it to my specifications the addition was seamless, quick and very professional.

While working on some system upgrades on a Saturday, our main server died. We found Edwin at J & Y Computers by pure luck and he saved us! He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts needed on hand and confidently fixed our server. I can't say strongly enough how critical his help was. We would absolutely recommend Edwin at J & Y Computers to others and will return any time we run into trouble with our computers.

I travel for work. Alot. I’m a video editor for Fox News Channel and my laptop is my office. Crucial. I can’t wait for repairs at the “A” store. When my laptop crashed in Charlotte while covering the Billy Graham funeral I found Edwin. My box was repaired in two hours. 110 % happy with what they did for me.
