LOVE Jabs-EM! I'm a 20-minute drive away, on a GOOD day... and still manage to get here more than I use my overpriced gym membership. If you "hate" working out - TRY JABS! And, if you already enjoy a good workout, Jabs has a variety of classes to help increase that sweat equity. :-)

The classes are so good. Hard, but good. The teachers are amazing and give you an 800-1,000 calorie workout every time.The $45 intro month is a must and you'll probably end up signing up for the month/buying the 10 class pack. I live pretty far, but I try to come at least three times a week.

There is a great host of people here, the environment is amazingly motivating. The atmosphere alarms and heightens your physical and senses. I would choose it time and again for my workout pleasures.

The original Jabs is great, and the EM location has a special vibe and soul to it that makes working out here a awesome experience!
