I've dropped in to a bunch of places while traveling over the last year, and this was my favorite experience as a visitor - Coach Jarrod is just amazing; brilliant attention to form and instructions for better movements, even for a visitor, and the community was super welcoming. I'll go back any time I'm in Detroit!

This place is so motivating! Amazing crowd and beasty workouts. The group pushes u to reach beyond limits

I have done my fair share of traveling and dropping in at boxes. 
I dropped into BMW for a month. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I had the pleasure of bringing some guests with me who had never done Crossfit before and the owner was very patient and spent a great deal of time with them to ensure their safety. 
If you're in the area, I highly recommend them!!
