The service technician showed up 1 1/2 hours late and said the job would cost double what they had given me as an estimate!  I wanted to cancel the job when they didn't show up but couldn't reach them and once the technician finally reached our house the owner was insistent that I pay for their time!  I was furious!  John the owner is a rude, desperate man.  He told technician not to leave the house unless he was paid for a half hour of services.  It's obvious they don't get that much business and they will do anything to get paid without conducting any service.  The technician was even apologetic once I paid him to leave.  I called another electrician in the area and he was more than happy to come and give a free estimate after hours!  Just goes to show how horrible Jacee Electric really is!!!
