A friend of mine and me ate the Jack in the Box for lunch today. The food was good. But the place could have been cleaner in the restroom and tables should have been wiped off. They were not busy at the time we were there maybe about 6 people in the dinning area. The cast was not that bad about $16.50 for the both of us. They did bring it to the table for us to. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back again hopefully to more cleaner place.

The more i come here the more disappointed. Jack in the Box was ruined once it came to Kansas. Not good customer service. Very slow. Especially at Night when there is not alot of people. Always messing up an order,  and food is poorly served. Their 🍟 reg and curly are not good anymore. Lack of attention in management. Especially night shift.

This place just sucks. Went with my girlfriend and our daughter, both adults ordered a spicy Sriracha sandwich and they both came out cold. Paid extra for the curly fries and bigger sizes and what do you know, Those were cold too. Not to mention they were only filled half way. Our daughter got the chicken nugget kids meal and of course that was cold too. She wouldn't touch it. $20 not well spent at all. This isn't the first time I've had these same problems at this location. Definitely need new staff that isn't so lazy to make fresh food. Won't be back. That is all

Being new to this area of the country, we never ate at a Jack in the Box before this one.  The cashier was not helpful in any way and when we asked her what the sides were she just waved her hand at the board.  After we ordered she stood at the counter talking to a friend and giving him free food.  Erika is in no way a model employee, and needs a little work in customer service.  I would not have stood for that with my employees.  Won't be back to this or any other Jack in the Box.
