I had a great experience today at this Jack in the box. My girlfriend was wearing a Newport beach sweater and the cashier asked, "Have you been to Newport?" We replyed no. She gave us a great detail about where to go and what to see. We made a great conversation about travels and when we finished our order we were so excited about having a new exploration destination. The huge windows at the restaurant are nice to look out & see downtown area on McHenry. The order was perfect with us ordering breakfast and lunch. The coffee was great too. Having a cashier that was able to make great conversation about travels and get our order made us feel special as well as know a local by name. Nice to see Jack in the Box was clean friendly and inviting.

The woman who helped us, Melina, gave us a great recommendation and was very pleasant. The tables were clean and the drink area was tidy. The eating area was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a nice eating experience.

Food was delicious for fast food. The restrooms were clean and you only needed to ask to be let in. They serve breakfast all day which is nice because their breakfast is the most economical part of their menu. Will be back

Fairly good for fast food and the employees are nice. But...there are so many homeless people outside panhandling - some of which are fairly aggressive and it makes me want to stay away unless I'm in my car at the drive-thru.

Restaurant appeared to be clean. They keep the restrooms locked for customers so not sure how the surrounding area is. The food was good. If you eat there they do not put your fries in a fry box, they just place them on a plate next to your hamburger. I have never had that happen before at any fast food restaurant. I prefer my fries in a box so I asked for one. The staff was friendly and prompt.
