Decent burger place... The variety on the menu is really good... I like the egg rolls... I normally get the 3 pack of egg rolls and they are always good... The tacos are okay and not the greatest... Their hamburgers are pretty good I like the one with bacon... They have two kinds of fries French cut and curly fries... I like the French cut... Overall decent burger place

Employees are slow to help, long cooking times, and they when you order your food, they repeat it twice perfectly.... just to give you your order wrong and look at you like you're crazy. Won't be going back

I have ordered through the drive-through three times and not once have I finished my meal and thought "I sure am glad I went there" or 'That was a good idea".

The ladies response yea what!
I honestly was hoping it would be a better experience because I was in Coppell a well known area but I was wrong. She never smiled or anything as if she hated her job!

Filthy. Jack aint what it used to be. This JIB was nasty. All the tables were trashed. The soda fountain looked like the entire area had not been cleaned well in a very long time. The kitchen had about 2 inches of water in the floor and everthing was a mess back there. The lady behind the counter said rude things in spanish about my wife and I to her co-workers while we waited on a refund which she seemed not to know how to do. Funny, my wife and I both understand spanish so the joke is on her. We enjoyed ourselves at Fudruckers right after that and spent twice as much. Thank you Fudruckers.
