We ordered without lettuce or sauce but the amount of meat they put in is so little it's sad. It was mostly just fried chip. I've never had this little meat in my taco before.
Alright - I’m not going to bash anyone here - it was a busy night but man that drive through was slow as hell even for a busy night and a fast food restaurant- I think I was in line for ever 30 mins BEFORE I got to the order speaker - so I would challenge the managers or owners to open lobby only to DoorDash or Uber Eats so that we can get our orders and skip that line
Today we received unexceptable service. I am not one to typically leave bad reviews but I think this needs to be brought to attention. This interaction started with us going through the drive through. We had needed a couple minutes to decide and she didn't allow that. Then when we were ordering we had some special requests and she was cutting us off and not allowing us to ask. She had told us our total after every item we ordered assuming we were finished. We finish ordering and pull to the window she continued to be rude. We were asked to pull to the front because our order was large. The same lady came and brought our order to us. I had gone to get a grip on my bags and she intentionally dropped all four bags in my lap. Then portions of my order were still incorrect and the quality of my food is nothing to be desired. We had some front counter employees help fix and they were very pleasant and promptly helped to fix what we needed. It was just the one lady that was horrible. I believe her name was Jesmin as per our receipt.
Waited in line for about 45-50 minutes waiting for food. The wait was so long for some they ended up jumping curbs to get out of line. Food tasted stale, seemed like only 3-4 people were working there and communication was way off. They did their best but can do better. For context it was 1145 at night when we went.
Employees at this location are the worst. Line or no line picking up food at this location is the worst drive thru experience ever. Even placing the order online food is never prepared when I pull up to pick it up. Jack in the box seriously need to install surveillance cameras to monitor employees laziness. It's amazing how poor jack in the box management let stores get to ghetto trashy experience for customers. Lay off all the employees at this location and replace them with properly trained employees.
Service has been bad the last couple of times I went. Edit: wow it actually got worse. For the second time in a row I have ordered four tacos and only gotten three and this time my chicken sandwich had mold on the bread. Even if it didn't have mold it was pretty sad looking to begin with. And I'm not interested in a canned response from corporate asking for me to do even more work to try to make this right. If you want to make this right you need to give me an email address that I can reach out to to get something in return for this garbage. Also, look at the taco, seriously?!?
*** UPDATE** Owner comments to reach out to website. I did that and no response from corporate and no response from store manager or district manager. I called store, emailed corp and now posting on review. How about someone return my messages because screaming at my children is very unprofessional and not tolerated. I am a business woman and have taken appropriate steps to move up the chain of command and will continue until someone takes responsibility for the actions of the employees they hire! I am livid! Jasmine working drive thur and her manager on duty just yelled at my two daughters 16 & 17 yr olds about ranch! My kids come home to show me the video as the manager holds the food my kids say can we please get our food. Ordered 10 tacos and a chicken sandwich as a snack for us at home and now 4 people have to share 2 ranch! They had to call and ask before recharging my card again but the lady couldn’t wait a second instead she decided to scream at my children on Christmas! BTW the tacos were gross and the shell was to hard and not fresh! If you would have just waited a second before screaming at my kids they would have bought more ranch, they literally didn’t have a chance to even find out how much the ranch is!
Ordered tacos with extra lettuce and extra sauce and what was delivered were tacos that were apparently old and sitting for what I can see were hours. Not only did they not have extra lettuce and extra sauce, but I've also been calling this store for the 5th time now and it rang so long it literally hangs up each time. Piss poor food and customer service-can't bother to pick up the phone! I've moved and this is the first time I've ever ordered from this location. I will be contacting corporate.
The drive thru lady is incredibly sweet and kind. Breakfast here isn't greasy at all yet tasty! This place beats the Jack in The Box at Clear Lake!Food: 5/5
