I don't like to complain about people business because I'm a business owner. I was upset today because I ordered the #24 with an additional burrito Saturday, September 17, 2022 around 11:47 am store #4701. I didn't get a receipt but this burrito was small and it look like I got the scraps of all the breakfast meat that was left. I have never had a small burrito and less meat "meat lovers" burrito from this establishment. I was very unhappy because I was craving this burrito.

I been here at least 3 times in the middle of the night. Today I came at 6am, and no employee is inside, no one is responding  at the drive through. Open Sign is on and says their open but the restaurant is clearly not open. Sign says their open 24 hours, but no employee is here.

I would give more stars, if they actually cared about dine in customers. They completely ignored the line of people in house to take care of drive thru.Food: 3/5

Terrible experience. Night crew needs to be overhauled. As someone who's worked in the fast food industry it was just not even bare minimum service. We got the food to go. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one order or fries, two orders of churros' and a coke. They told us they didn't have ice...ICE...OK whatever we had ice at home but then the coke was completely flat, no carbonation what's so ever. One of our sandwiches was swimming in mustard. Just dripping mustard everywheredid not ask for extra the other sandwiches was falling apart. The fries tasted as if they'd been sitting for over an hour and we were missing one of the churros. 10/10 will not be returning. Do better jack in the box.

Used to come here a lot, it’s especially nice that they’re open late because of my job. They forgot half of my order once and I had to wait abt 10 mins for it. And last night when I went, I ordered the classic jack and woke up with food poisoning.

Ordered a sourdough jack and the toast was not toasted. Sandwich was hot but bread got soggy due to not being toasted. Also the bread tastes like normal white bread not sourdough bread.

We got there and made our order around 1030pm. When we got to the window we paid and then he asked if we wanted whipped cream on our shake apparently we didn't answer fast enough for him so he waved his hands up and down until we gave him the answer. Then he gave us our drinks in a drink carrier which was fine but then my husband began to remove our drinks from the drink carrier and the guy at the window told my husband man if you didn't want a drink holder you should have told me. He never asked if we wanted one and my husband stated he didn't ask for one and the guy gave us attitude about that as well. He gave us our food and then slammed the window nearly catching my husband's hand in it.  I had kids in the car and he was throwing around profanity with the window open like I said worst experience at a jack in the box and will not go back to this location. I wish I could give this guy at the window a 0 rating. A 1star is definitely too high for him. If you don't like your job then leave do not be in customer service if this is how you believe you should treat people.

Horrible, horrible service! The lady working the drive thru was very rude, had very few words, and got an attitude when I asked for ONE extra syrup. To top it off, I had egg shells in my eggs! Definitely will not be back to this location!

At this place their customer service is terrible. And the place is filthy.  Their prices have not even been updated on the drive thru board .

The food was good and freshly made and the service at the drive thru was goodFood: 5/5
