Luis the manager has made this a great location! I have had only 2 issues here within maybe 6 months and Luis the manager has taken care of both of them without problem. He has really turned this place around and I dont see some of the bad front register people anymore so they must be gone. He is doing a great job, from one manager to another.

Can't say anything about the food but if it's anything like their customer service then definitely stay away. I walked in and kindly asked if I could use the restroom before I order because it was urgent. The lady Monica refused to let me use the restroom until I bought something first. I couldn't believe this level of bs. I clearly had to go badly after being on the road for awhile and she wouldn't simply let me use the restroom and then come out and look at the menu and buy some food. Unbelievable disrespect and this lady should not be on the register or around any people because she obviously doesn't care about people. I really hate these type of human beings. Monica is real scumbag

I mean it's fast food so you get what you get. I guess the most positive thing I can say is I've never had my order messed up here and for the most part everything is fresh enough not dry or hard so big win thereFood: 4/5

It was ok I stopped to buy something quick and the person who attended me was very nice the restaurant was clean and it wasn't too busy dinning room clean   Parking: Well like I said above the restaurant wasn&#39;t too busy I think that&#39;s why I found a parking spot

My curly fries was just a couple sprinkled on top the rest was just regular fries. Do better. Conviently nobody picks up the phone and say VM full. Kept tryin to call. Either wrong number is posted or they have ability to ignore call either way rude.

Nice that this location stays open late.  I just wish they had more vegetarian or fish option. I usually just order a Breakfast Jack which is available all day but without the ham. I would ask them to swap that ham protein for another egg but the upcharge is ridiculously high. Some places will do it for no extra charge but most locations will charge a ridiculous amount so I don't often go. I tried the eggroll for the first time. It was okay but 1 eggroll is like 2 over bucks and I finished it in less than a minute.

What can I say it's a fast food place that makes fast food and it's good I mean if you like Jack in the box you like Jack in the box pretty much that simple the store is like every other store good food enjoy that's what I sayFood: 4/5

I usually stop at that Jack in the Box after a pool workout. I usually get the same, a la cart sourdough jack. This time it was overcooked and dry. The edges hurt when I bit into it. As you can see below in the photos it looks dry and edges burnt. I was in a hurry or else would have taken it back.
