Sign says indoor seating open till midnight. Arrive 10:40pm and doors are locked. Employee at the door just smiles and waves no. I point to the open sign and the employee waves no then turns around for good talking and laughing with two other employees. Line for drive Thur is huge and didn't move for almost 10 minutes.

Just the food was good your best bet dont ever dine in during lunch rush they focus more on drive thru then dine ins so even tho the lines look long your are definitely getting your food faster again during lunch rush other slower times great service

I come to this Jack once in a while, but every time I go I remember how bad it is. Worst service than any other Jack I've been to. They ignore you for about 10 minutes before taking your order. They are severely understaffed and give priority to the drive thru. The drinks taste badly sometimes and they don't change the frying oil as often as they should.

Been here few times, the lobby always dirty including the tables, soda or water on the floor and tables, napkins on the floor, and music super loud. The man in the kitchen yelling at coworkers.
