Love the morning staff. I stop by here regularly on my way home from work early in the morning because this is the only place that has a full menu 24 hours. You can expect a good 5 minute wait if there's no one in line. They make everything fresh at that time. Staff is friendly. Food is horrible, but it's what you'd expect from Jack in the Box, so I won't knock points for it. I've been here dozens and dozens of times and only a couple times have they messed up my order. I'd say that's a win. This place is far better than the other 24 hour option - McDonald's - across the freeway. Never go there late at night or early in the morning, unless you want to sit in the drive through for a half hour. Not exaggerating one it. Just trust me.

When my husband and I go for a meal there, they will take my order, then ask if that is all without asking my husband who is standing next to me. They even give me a total. Like we are splitting a burger.  This irritates my husband. The food is always good.  No problem there. The onion rings are yummy.

Taco was super oily and they drenched it with taco sauce. But customer service was great:-)

We went through the drive thru around 11pm. It took several minutes sitting waiting to order. There was a car at the window when we pulled up. Apparently the cause of the delay. It was a still a bit of a wait. Now I stopped when pulling away to check or order. It was not a complicated order. Two orders of bacon cheddar potato wedges and one monster taco. That was not what was in our bag. I walked back to the window. Now holding up the line that had formed. Now there shouldn't have been much confusion being that we were the first order in maybe 20 minutes The two working were having difficulty comprehending that what was in the bag was not what I ordered and I in fact wanted what I ordered. Then did I want a refund? She told me she's not a manager and doesn't know how to do all that. It was just stupid as were the two employees

It's Jack N The Box.....Other than the staff, pretty much the same as any other JNB.  The staff is nice and service good.
