I needed my septic tank pumped and my pump stopped working and needed to be replaced They came out the same day I called. It was a cold day of mixed snow and rain the whole time they worked on my system. Very knowledgeable about sand filter systems and go above and beyond to get your system working again without charging you unnecessary charges. they have been in business for 50 years and it shows. wonderful people! I would recommend them to anyone in need of septic tank service.

I would recommend this company to family and friends!  They had the best price in Douglas County and provided excellent customer service.  We called them to pump out our septic tank after our toilets overflowed and they told us it was not necessary. They could have taken advantage of us but chose not to.  They took the time to answer ALL our questions and advised us on several tips to keep our septic tank expenses to a minimum. They snaked out the drain pipe and only charged us $75 for coming all the way to our house and spending a good hour talking with us. I believe them to be honest and fair and will not use any other company for any future septic needs.

We had them come out and work on our septic system on the property we just bought. They were wonderful at answering questions and gave us a good price for the work that had to be done. We needed a new pipe, float, alarm, and pump, plus new interior septic work. When we had new parts put in such as the pump, they allowed us to keep the old one (which still worked) to use on another project. They gave us a great price and we would highly recommend them to all others who need septic work. They were honest and gave us excellent work and even gave us ideas on how to maintain the system. We will always call them is we need maintenance on our septic system.
