Called for a plumber and was sent a drain guy who couldn't touch the pipes. Kitchen sink was clogged, drain guy snaked line from roof and concidered line clean and left.  Less than 15 minutes after he left drain was clogged again, i called them back to let them know that the job was not done. Got a bill for 125.00.   The clincher, finally got someone to drop the trap under sink and could clearly see what the problem was and now it is fixed. Took less than an hour to fix. I am very disappointed in this company, will never call again

Called for an estimate on a job, had a time scheduled for them to come out.  I waited around all morning and they NEVER SHOWED UP.  I called to find out why and they told me they did not need to come out for an estimate and they would do it over the phone.  He began to ask me questions I could not answer, because I am not a plumber,  and than THEY HUNG UP ON ME.
I really needed there help too.  I guess they were to busy for my job.
