COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! 
I asked for a regular fill and to file my nails into a square shape (coffin) instead of a round (stiletto) I was told he would do the best he could but my nails were not long enough. Honestly I could have done this at home before my apt had I known it was such a big deal. When I went to pay they charged me $30 for a regular solid fill. I asked how much a normal fill is and they told me $25. But he charged me $5 extra because I changed my nail shape. The owner even had the nerve to say it would cost $35 like a full set but he only is charging me $30. All he did was file it a little bit more. I have been getting my nails done my whole life and have NEVER EVER once heard of a $5 file fee for changing your shape. No extra tips or acrylic was used to change my shape. I was not warned in the beginning either when I asked that this was an extra cost. The girl sitting next to me was also having a terrible experience and was there longer than my entire apt.

Awful place. First time there I made an appointment and didn't get someone until 1 hour later. The regulars and rich looking individuals skip the wait( appointment of not). When I finally saw someone I got pushed around by 3 nail techs. Each doing a little at a time.. I still have them all a tip because I like the work. My friend referred me but their every unprofessional if you're not a regular or look a certain way. It's said because It's all immigrants but they show judgement before seeing a person. They ramble on to each other in their language and laugh if u say something to them that they may not like.  It's affordable and work is good so I tried again. This time they said they couldn't look after me because the son wasn't there and their short the other two are only taking their clients.  I was waiting 20 mins when they realize this and I asked how long is the wait the one guy says very long we won't get to you. I was not gonna beg to get my nails done. They're rude and judgemental. Sadly if u were white and looked wealthy u could be seen. If my money isn't welcomed I will go other places. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. THEY'RE RUDE AND RACIST!

Horrible customer service.

I had an 5pm appointment scheduled with Sunny tonight . I arrived on time. He was in the middle of another client. Which happens so I waited at 5:20 I come out of the restroom ask if he is ready and his responsefor no reason at all is, “Can Tina take care of you”. I said no I asked for you for reason. At this point he sucks his teeth and say’s fine come on. Mind you this was my first time scheduleing with him, I said no forget it and walked out of the shop. 20mins of my time wasted waiting. When I could’ve been home after working at 10 hour shift. I will NEVER give this place another dime of my money or recommend them to anyone EVER.

Clean, reasonably priced and good customer service. Relaxed atmosphere, very quiet and calm. Coffee and water available. Nail techs are very nice.

Poorly managed the traffic flow.  My mom was seated next to me and they had one girl doing both of us while new folks came in and were assigned a clinician. Even after complaining, still were in there for 2 hours for simple manicure. No apology, no water offered. Tech reused my soaking water for my mom.  Not going back.
