I have been going to Pearl for many years and love it.  When you are a regular, they treat you like family.  Theresa is the best nail technician ever, she takes time with me and even has no problem dealing with my odd requests; Elmo nails etc They do a great job with manicures, pedicures and waxing. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable with massage chairs and a relaxing setting.  I would recommend Pearl to anyone I know.

Got gel done 4 days ago and the nail polish is not chipping but completely peeling off. Customer service is poor as well seeing as they barely even ask what you want and they also speak in their native tongue throughout the whole service which is not professional.

Never Again.. ill stick with Envy nail spa .. the 2 nail techs looked at my daughter and myself while sitting in their pedi chairs and look at each other and bust out laughing and speaking whatever native tongue they were speaking 
 Then they said "special $30 for mani and pedi" I said okay my daughter said well I need this and that (special powder and polish) they said one price then the end bill was $90  ... WTF?!?! and my daughter asked for her nailes to look like this (showed a pic) the end result was pink nails with a squigly white question mark across the nail- LMFAO are you kidding me lady? And shes (the owner who has been in business since 1978 so she claims) is saying "it was free you no like"? No! !!! its stupid, why would someone walk around with a "?" On their nail - "but it was free" I heard that about 8 times.. Save yourself the trouble dont goto this nail salon ... its 5 mins from my house 6pm I can get in and out but next time ill drive 10 mins from my house and wait whatever time I have to wait to be serviced by a much better establishment  such as Envy nails...shoot id rather goto Tulip nail and get a better job.  #leeleenogood
