Pretty good lanes. Reasonable prices for bowling. Family friendly environment. Would have given it more stars but the staff is not very fast at their jobs.They are friendly but you will have to wait forever to get anything you need. I waited a good 10 minutes to pay my bill because the cashier was more interested in talking to another customer instead of taking my money.

Great atmosphere. Staff does a great job and works hard to help ensure a great atmosphere and experience. The facility is top notch drawing highly skilled and recreational bowlers alike . I bowl there on a league for the 1st time in over 10 years. The staff on hand has helped me to get reacquainted with the newest technology in the game. Always a great shot as I have never before seen so many 300 games on a recreational league including two in one night. I would highly recommend Jacket Lanes for your next league, open bowling or family gathering.

Very expensive to bowl especially for people that are sanctioned bowlers. They need to reassess their prices. Food is burnt a lot too

Service isn't the greatest. Takes 15 to 20 minutes of standing at the desk to order a simple beer.
