I don’t know how this place is still in business. There were puppies in cramped cages, five cats in one cage with NO bedding, and one cat was pooping bloody stool. I told one employee about the kitten’s bloody stool, and she barely showed concern. None of the cats showed any sign of recognizing what was doing around them—only one acknowledged my presence, even though I pet all of them through the cage. Extremely upset by the condition of this place, and the “care” of the poor creatures inside of it. Great Falls should do those animals a favor and shut down Jacks.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. The hygiene of the store itself and all of the cages for the animals is very poor. The animals do not seem to be treated kindly as they are in very small cages, with no bedding.

These guys are a great place to see or purchase animals I would like to purchase a Pomeranian there. Other than smell of the store. 5/5

I went to this pet store 17 years ago with my parents and we bought a puppy from them and she was the most wonderful dog ever. I went there yesterday and found a basset hound puppy that I have been looking for, for a very long time. I was so excited to see that the original owners were still there. Very sweet and helpful and friendly. I absolutely love this place

Great aquatics section, but the animals seem very distressed and overall a bad atmosphere. Usually smells
