Online resources were not helpful and I couldn't fathom how to file declaratory judgement to get a new title for a car.  I tried calling several times but never got through. This 4 stars rather than 5.  I took the time to visit the civil court, which is located just inside the south entrance to the right.  Joe at the front desk has patiently educated me on the nuances of filling out the petition.  He has been very cordial and unbelievably helpful!  I needed to run out to get some signatures, but thanks to Joe I was finally able to get it filed with confidence.  God bless you sir!

If i wanted to listen to someone talk i could talk to my children or friends. I want to talk to a person not listen to a recording after recording. I want to file a document thats all. If i want to to it online i would. I NEED a QUESTION answered thats all. Hire people like a few years ago. Not a bunch of recordings. This is so impersonal.
