Had to go to the assessors office for personal property today.   There was 2 clerks in there.  Penny was wonderful. 
So glad she waited on us.  The other lady who had long blonde hair obviously hated her job and everyone around her.  I think we just disturbed her by being there.  I'm still in shock over her rudeness and the hateful looks and comments.    She really needs to take some lessons from Penny.

It's a court house. I was there for my divorce proceedings so this rating may be bios.
