DeAnna Matthews at Jackson Hewitt was awesome, she spent more time trying to figure out how to get the max refund, was polite, respectful and very professional. If you need someone that cares about what they do and will do everything to get you what you need I highly recommend going to her!

Sara Thurman was just amazing! And I mean that 100% !! She was so patient! So sweet! Did I mention patient?? While I'm fumbling around apologizing for taking a bit to find some information, she was just reassuring me that I was ok and didnt need to panic! Extremely professional and kind! I definitely recommend her for any if your tax needs!
Tax preparer was real nice and explained everything to me. It was my first year filing as an independent contractor. Debra made the process easy to understand. Only complaint is the price to file with them is really expensive.

The tax prepares are very helpful in answering any questions that you might have. They take their time with you to make sure they get the right information to help with your tax return. They are very fast and friendly. They also help you understand your taxes in away that is easy to follow.
My boyfriend and I received excellent service from Karen. Loved the fact we could get our taxes done after 'normal' work hours. Tyvm. See you next year!!!!
