When I arrived I had to double check I had the right location based on all the wonderful reviews on google...it was. I must have gone on an off day or something because my experience here was far from the reviews I read prior. There are ppl smoking and loitering outside the door which is whatever, that happens anywhere. Then when I walked in, the office smelled like a Las Vegas Casino so much it literally made me nauseous. Again whatever, Im sure its not always like that benefit of the doubt. Thennn as I took a seat with  my ill-informed tax preparer I turn back to the door and see the ppl outside were actually coming INSIDE the office to light their cigarettes' to block from the wind...they were lighting the cigarettes INSIDE....I was surprised the tax prep didnt say anything or ask them to leave. Well a few min later one of those men walks inside and sits at a desk. turns out he works there too. Okay so now its just weird whatever as long as I get my taxes done the right way....My tax prep had no idea what she was doing. I asked her a simple question about taxes I paid and she had to call her sister on the phone to ask her. The entire time I was sitting there I had an overwhelming feeling that she was very inexperienced, even the way she was struggling navigating their system. I felt extremely uncomfortable sitting across from someone who probably knew as little as I did when it came to taxes. I ended up leaving. I couldn't do it. Jackson Hewitt, ppl are paying for this service. Do better.
I had a great experience at Jackson Hewitt at my Early Advance Appt Sheila Waters was awesome! Her Daughter Katie Young was great they had great customer service and got me the highest refund! They are the reason I come back every year !!
Very friendly staff even as I entered the office! I was pretty upset because I had an appointment at another location and I called them and they told me to come right in and they would take care of me! Katie Dominique and Sheila were amazing with me! I will recommend anyone coming to this location!
I only go to Jackson Hewitt where ever SHEILA WATERS is because she makes everything easy for me, She’s friendly and make me feel very comfortable I know I’m in great hands I literally follow her to whatever JH site she’s at.
I love the game atmosphere and environment, very friendly and professional always willing to answer question. Sheila Waters, is one of the most amazing and intelligent tax preparer and JH should feel blessed to have such a great employee who goes above and beyond her duties!
The receptionist Katie young was very professional and nice . My tax preparer Sheila waters was excellent as always love love love Jackson Hewitt and there team .
I was helped by a very pleasant staff whose people skills were exceptional. Also Yahaira who speaks spanish as well was an over the top employee. I will always return due to their professionalism.
Please make an appointment if choosing this location. The staff is very friendly and they work quickly. Sheila was wonderful and clear about the answers to the questions I had.
I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for about 5yrs now and, well where should I start professional informative all around, have you in and out!!!...My preparer was Yahaira Padilla aka cha cha, no offense but if she's not there then I come back another day. location 446 main Street.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
