Zach was AMAZING. He took the time to explain the process, how things worked, and what I should look for in an engagement ring. I visited several jewelers prior to coming to Jackson Hole Jewelry, but it wasn’t until I talked with their staff and learned much more about diamonds that the process actually became fun! I was in Jackson on vacation and live over 2,000 miles away, but ended up buying my diamond from Jackson Hole Jewelry and I couldn’t be happier. My fiancé ended up buying my ring there as well after she called and talked with the staff. I own a retail store myself and I don’t remember the last time I was as impressed with the staff, their knowledge, and how they made an arduous process (selecting a diamond engagement ring) actually fun! Thank you Zach and team, every time I think of our rings I will think of how great you guys were. You really made the process enjoyable and I don’t think we would have ended up with as quality a diamond had we not worked with you. 10 stars!!! Please visit Jackson Hole Jewelry!

This is the best jewelry store in Jackson. They fixed my diamond ring. It's looks beautiful. They are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this store.

Zach at JHJ could not have done a better job helping me with my engagement ring for my girlfriend. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and together we designed the perfect ring. I planned to propose in Las Vegas but didn't think I could get the ring in time, he fedex'd the ring to my hotel and it was beautiful. Thank you Jackson Hole Jewelry!

During our vacation we visited Jackson Hole and came around the J.H.J.Co where we saw the Elk Antler Necklace and we instantly loved it. It so happened it was our 30th anniversary that day so we went into the jewelry store where we got a warm welcome from the Lady of the House and al the info we needed about the necklace. With a good feeling and a fine piece of jewelry for a fair price we left the place. 5 stars!
