Stopped in looking at necklaces for daughter, ended up with three pieces. Such an interesting store, and the service top notch. Christina took us around the cases which fit our needs, and then some as our interest grew. Wife found necklace featuring her birth stone.  Received the out-of-town treatment from the owner and sales staff as well on lunch/dinner spots. Great variety of pieces, you'll likely not leave without one.

We went around to a few different jewelry shops in town, but fell in love with Native and their customer service. John helped us find a bolo tie and matching earrings for my fiancée for our upcoming wedding. He did a great job explaining the different stones, inlays, and meanings behind the different pieces. Will definitely be coming back every time I find myself in Jackson.

Customer service was terrible. My friend and I were met with a condescending, judgemental, and rude employee at the checkout counter. She was unprofessional and made us feel like we weren’t valuable customers. I imagine she drives away a lot of business with the way she acts towards customers and I know we’re not the only ones who have had this experience. We took our business elsewhere and will not be returning.

This is my favorite jewelry store in the world! They always have something new when I come in, and I've discovered some of my favorite artists from shopping here. The staff is always super knowledgeable which is impressive. I like that they have beautiful pieces across a range of prices, sometimes I'm able to splurge but other times I just want a nice memento that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I've been coming here for maybe three years and I rarely see pieces they sell sold anywhere else. Even with popular artists like Calvin Begay they have unique pieces. Native never disappoints!

Wonderful experience and great atmosphere. Walked in not really knowing what I wanted because there were so many beautiful choices. Walked out with the perfect ring and matching earrings. The kindest lady helped me out while another nice lady helped the rest of my group. We also got some advice on where to visit while in town and it was an amazing view! Would totally recommend just walking in and asking for their help, you won’t be disappointed because everything in the store is beautiful.

Was very dissatisfied with the customer service. My husband and I came in from hiking all day and stopped to find some authentic turquoise jewelry before calling it a night. Was not even greeted by the staff and was looked up and down like I didn’t belong in the store! Even when I was helped it seemed like the woman helping did not want to waste her time. Little did they know that we were actually looking to spend a good amount of money to get nice jewelry. Took my business and money elsewhere and had exceptional service.

I bought a ring here 3 years ago, I love it and wear it every day! It got damaged and the folks at Native repaired it free of charge and had it back on my finger in a few weeks! Awesome customer service!

I love this store!!! I visited it three years ago and bought tonsssss of unique gifts. I remember their beautiful jewelry!!! My friend attended a wedding there and bought me the most beautiful turquoise ring and brought it to me in North Dakota. Unfortunately it was a little small and they were soooo wonderful in the exchange process!!! A must visit in a Jackson Hole!

Do not buy from these people. Poor quality. Dishonest store. I bought 4 rings and in 2 days the stone fell out in one ring and 2 weeks later the stone fell out in another ring. I called the store and all they would do was give me the contact info to have the rings fixed at my expense. Her words “This is not my responsibility.” So after dropping $1500 and supporting their store, they didn’t want to show any customer service for their defective merchandise. She also hung the phone up on me.

Highly recommend if you are looking for beautiful turquoise jewelry...staff is great and knowledgeable and they have a great selection and fair price. I always try to buy a new piece to add to my collection when I am in Jackson
