I was trying to pump gas today, gas came gushing out of the bottom of the handle, all over my hand, pants & shoes & ground. I shut it off, punched the HELP button for a couple of minutes with zero response. Of course my credit card processed $1.81 while I stood there trying to get help.

I locked my car & went in to the store, where there were 2 guys, one actively helping a customer. I asked for help, telling them what happened, they passed me Purell, like that would do something. Finally one guy came out, said it wasn't their fault & that there wasn't $1.81 of gas on the ground & would not give me the refund I wanted. Of course a lot evaporated while I was trying to get help, plus much of it was on ME.

He said he'd give me a carwash. I said I did not want that, & I would never do business there again. An EXTREMELY poor way to handle a serious & potentially DANGEROUS situation.

By the way, he never even checked the pump. I give this a ZERO, but it wouldn't let me post less than 1 star.
