Jacob Soul Food Restaurant is a buffet restaurant with a large variety of hot and cold meals. The food is very good and the prices are determined by the weight. There is a small inside area for dining and during the warm weather there is also a small sidewalk area. Parking is difficult because it is both a commercial & residential area. My family & I definitely recommend this eatery.

This was my first experience at NY food and I was extremely satisfied. I no longer eat meat and their fish was delicious. Their side options including fresh green beans, yams, and rice & beans were all great options to compliment the fish.

They also have a range of salad options and desserts. Everything I ordered was excellent. Jacob's being a buffet style has changed the way I view dining. This will ALWAYS be my go to restaurant when dining in the Harlem/New York area.

Cash only (unless that's changed recently). You pay by the weight so it can get kind of pricey fast. But the food is great. I love the banana pudding! They also sometimes have live entertainment here which is cool. It's a nice spot!

The ox tails very tasty,green beans seasoned well,corn good,fruit fresh.The greens needed more seasoning. Courteous service .Friendly people eating there with children.The bathroom wasn't clean basically the ONLY bad thing.I give it 3 in a half Stars.

Food is pretty good... tried a little of everything from the buffet... everything was fresh and all trays were filled with food
