Ambience is nice, and it isn't noisy or overcrowded as a lot of restaurants in this university neighborhood tend to be. Food was good: my drunk man noodles were light and way less greasy than a lot of Thai restaurants tend to serve. The Thai volcanic chicken was a special, and was very flavorful. BUT they need to bump up their service. In such few interactions with the wait staff, he made our experience unpleasant. He was in such a rush to take the order, I had to literally hold him back and say, hey we want an appetizer too. He smirked and when I asked for an eating plate for my noodles, and I was so offended by his reaction that I explained to him that I have a sprain in my shoulder and am having trouble eating in the small bowl of the dish.

Awesome food.  Curry had the perfect level of spice. Highly recommended.  Want to go back and try more difficult dishes.

Apps were really hot and my water tasted funny, but was replaced right away. Nice place to run to for casual meal.

Great Thai place. Consistently serving great food. Bar and big screen TV are a plus.

I have ordered takeout from Spice a couple times and generally enjoyed the food. It's not quite as good as Thai Market (right across the street) but is usually less busy and has a faster turnaround. 

Tonight, though, I placed an order online on their website and they had the wrong restaurant prepare it. When I complained and asked them if I could at least pay the delivery fee to have someone bring me my food (I'm not unreasonable, I get that there's a cost)from the other restaurant, the hostess literally laughed in my face. I'm normally pretty sympathetic to service staff, but this really made me mad. I have never been treated so inconsiderately by restaurant staff. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Thai Market. It's busier for a reason.
