I had a time sensitive case and needed to open an incorporation fast. Todd had everything completed and ready to go within a few business days. I am more than satisfied with the work he completed. I would definitely recommend  Jacobsen Law Firm. You don't need to pay a fortune for the guys downtown.

I highly recommend Todd. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with both structuring my new business and estate planning. I am glad that I did not just go to some legal website to get the job done but found someone highly skilled in this area.

Todd is the attorney every small business needs! He is personable, thorough, and (best part) explains business law in terms that are easy to understand. My hubbs and I recently set up 3 LLCs through Todd and felt like we received red carpet treatment in every step. He thought of things we hadn't, like protecting BOTH our personal and business interests (rather than just biz) and providing packets to take to the bank that made setting up accounts painless and easy. Bottom line... we won't ever form another company without him. Thanks, Todd! You rock!!!

As a business owner, I need to make sure our new business was set up right and at the same time be protected against possible loss. We turned to Todd's Law Firm to achieve this. Todd gave us answers that were easy to understand and spent as much time as was needed to cover details specific to our business. Confident in how knowledgeable and thorough he was, we have sent several of our clients to him seeking to protect there retirements, homes or assets or deal with estate matters. I originally contacted Todd to help me form an LLC to start my own company. I then went back and forth between purchasing an existing company and continuing to start my own. Throughout the 2+ year process, Todd would check in with me and make sure I was still on track. He is upfront about what to expect in terms of rates and timing and can easily communicate something complex to someone who might not be as knowledgeable about a topic. I look forward to continuing to work with him as my business grows!
