He graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 1997. Since becoming a member of Utah Bar in 1998, David has handled 100s of family law cases. He has argued cases before the District Courts throughout Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals and the United State Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.He moved from Florida after graduating from the University of Florida to attend University of Utah School of Law in 1994. After falling in love with Utah and its mountains, he decided to remain in Salt Lake City. In his free time, he enjoys officiating high school football, snowboarding, hiking or just about anything that gets him outside.

David has been our family attorney since 2013.  My husband has had on going custody battles with his ex wife and David has been by our side 100% of the journey.  He is so knowledgeable and thorough. I just closed a custody case with David as my attorney and I have to say I am very impressed! I had met with a few attorneys who were expensive and told me what I wanted to hear. I ultimately decided to go with David and I am very glad that I did! He was honest, straight forward, and very easy to work with. Most importantly, in our mediation he fought hard for my child’s best interests. He was awesome and made sure I didn’t settle. For such an experienced and hard working attorney his rate is the best you’ll find in the valley. He lives up to his reviews and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a family law attorney.

David has done an amazing job for me with getting custody. He’s stuck with me through thick and thin knows what he is doing and holds everything in order. He is always on top of things and prepared going into the court room. I have had him as an attorney for four years now and has done an amazing job. I would not recommend anyone else but David as a family law attorney when fighting for custody. He knows what’s feasible and willing to fight for anything. Thanks again David

It has been a pleasure to work with Mr. Pedrazas throughout the course of my court hearings lasting nearly a year.  David has answered my questions and represented me well and in a timely manner, with great professionalism, honestly and counseled me with the best course of action for my circumstances.  

I would highly recommend David as a capable, knowledgeable and qualified attorney that will represent you in a fair manner and fight for your rights in your specific area of concern while being incredibly assertive and sticking to the issues and facts at hand.   He has certainly gone above and beyond as he has represented me with multiple issues and concerns. Just what you would expect from a "top notch" attorney.
