This was my first time visiting the store, I need to have engagement ring fixed and resized. This ring is very important to me and my finance as it was his mothers set from his dad. He lost his dad when he was 1 serving the military and his mother just passed away unexpectedly from cancer. I was so scared to even pull it out of my purse, I explained to them what I needed and the importance of this ring. They told me it would be a week, the jeweler called me the next day, informing me of loose stones. My ring was fixed that day! I got it back and it was so beautiful, it looked brand new!! They did an awesome job!! We will be bringing our wedding bands into them as well to have them sized!!

I was in this store to look at their Alex and Ani collection. About 10 people asked if we needed help. What we needed was time to look through the bracelets. At one point an older woman told me "You need to speak up in here if you need one of us." With the 10 people asking if I needed help I a) shouldn't have to speak up and b) as the customer you should've come to my assistance rather than shouting that from behind the counter. Also the store is small so it's not like I needed to shout to someone across isles or anything like that. I know that might sound rude but I've worked in retail, I might've thought that but never would have said it to a customer. I felt very rushed when I was trying to take my time to look for a meaningful gift. I will never walk into this store again. You are not made to feel comfortable while shopping and leave angry at the service. Overbearing and rude.

I brought my wedding ring in today to be resized and was very hesitant to do so since I wasn't familiar with the jewlers.  But, as soon as I walked into the store, I knew that I was in the right place. Their jewlery is absolutely beautiful,  the atmosphere was great, and these strangers quickly become your friends. Thank you Bud for your kindness, never to be forgotten. All of you are top notch, you won't be sorry when you decide to go. I will be back.  Thank all of you so very much.

I had a great experience at this store today. My wife had purchased a pair of diamond studs online  and had asked me to find out if they were real or fake. I stopped by Jacquline's on my way back from work and they were more than helpful. They diligently checked to see if the diamonds were real and also checked for inclusions and color quality (even though I had never been in/ or bought from this store before). I was not pressured into buying. Their store seems to have a great variety of jewerly unfortunately I did not have much time to check their offerings this time. I will be back though...

We worked with Jacqueline's for my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. They were great with making a custom design, as well as helping us find what we were looking for, would definitely recommend to stay local!
