I have been a customer at Leroy's for almost 20 years and have purchased a lot of great pieces here. I have always been treated very well. Any issues I've had with my pieces were from years of normal wear. Over the YEARS I have had to get a ring sized, I have had a loose diamond in a ring, I have got an antique watch (not purchased there) repaired and a new watch face replaced. This past BLACK FRIDAY I took one of my earrings in because it was loose and I gave them the earring and the reason for bringing it! It was a busy time of year and they had new seasonal help. I called the next day because I did not receive paperwork like usual upon leaving. They took my information and returned my call with the status. The (days) new store manager informed me that my earring was lost and apologized sincerely. At my convenience I needed to come to the store so they could fix the issue. I took the mate to my earring in and they could not find a match so they tried at their sister store..KAYS. Still no match (my diamond was cut larger). I left the store with a larger set of diamond earrings for the replacement and a ton of sincerity! Just like most people...if you are respectful,patient, and polite with them, they are in return! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with the circumstance!

So to start the people that work here are all really wonderful and friendly and provide wonderful customer service and that is all the 1 star on here is worth. So once you actually purchase something you better have good luck or hold your breath for the best. So I sent my engagement ring away to be resized and they tell me itll be 12 business days. I say fine, the faster I send it out the faster Ill get it back! And Im all excited to be engaged and show the Levian piece off etc. So after 3 weeks I call and say hey is this back in (even though they said they would call and let me know) and they tell me its going to be another month, a diamond fell out in the process of being resized and they had to send it to another place and itll be back in a month. So. At this point Im unhappy but realize these things happen. So a month later.....still have not heard from these people and so I call again and say hey whats going on just want a status, why is this taking so long. They tell me that they are slow blah blah blah and itll be another 2 and a half weeks. And they were not even going to call and say hey sorry this will be a little longer, I am always the one that has to call them, and at this point in the situation I am just really angry and upset and will do what I can to avoid shopping there. So I realize this is not something the awesome folks at the store can do anything about....but if I was shopping for jewelry I would think hard about sending anything away to these people because you may be waiting for a very long time which is really disappointing and frustrating when you are dealing with a super special occasion that calls for buying jewelry there in the first place.

had a terrible experience at Leroy's Jeweler's at the Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport, WV. The Manager, Genette, was an obnoxious know-it-all. High pressure sales tactics are used in this store. When I arrived in the store, I was greeted by an older woman named Pam who had on idea what the store had for sale - a total zero. She had little knowledge of the jewelry and NO IDEA about any specials or sales the store was having. She then asked the manager for help in selling me an item I did not want nor could possibly afford. Avoid at all costs! Though I must say that Lola is a piece of eye-candy. It's worth the trip into the store just to see her!
