Paid $2.99 (not including tax) for an Oreo milkshake. The shake was very small and there were no listed size options in the drive-thru. The name milkshake does not apply to this at all. It was extremely thick and much more similar to a blizzard. Even with the oversized straw, there was no way to get anything through it. No spoon was provided so I was forced to use the straw as an improvised spoon.

Expected such more, but got so much less! Simple menu order for two and the cashier can't press the correct button to get it right. Get my drink, Confirm the order with the cashier because its wrong on the receipt. Somehow the floor waiter(?) gets involved and into a heated argument over our simple order and shares with us, his valiant struggle with the derogatory kitchen staff more than once. Overpriced for just mediocre burgers. Half the cost of eating here is the going rate at nearly every other burger joint and they get your order right the first time. Cleanliness of the overall place is 1/5 trash and food on floor/sides of booths, smeared ketchup on hanging light over our table, trash bins overfilled to capacity and less than half filled with people at the moment. Last time eating at Jaggers, not worth the effort.

Fantastic service and great food. Jagger's offers a unique variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads. Everything is made fresh and you can taste the difference.

Not very happy. My whole family is vegetarian and in the past I have refrained from asking but the last time I was here a guy casually told me I could get the kids meal with a veggie patty. So this time I figured what the heck? I asked if I could get the kids meal with a veggie patty and the young girl behind the counter started laughing, after about 10-15 seconds she said "no, but I can get you a regular veggie burger". Yeah I was pretty ticked off. I explained in a very upset tone that I was trying to purchase it for my daughter and would also need 2 regular veggie burgers. Anyhow my daughter was stuck with the gross mac and cheese that these places always seem to have on their kids menus. I can't really give the restaurant one star since they have the only decent veggie burger around but their service leaves a lot to be desired.

Place sucks, Overpriced, drink mostly ice, Tater totes greasy and way too salty. Asked for a side of ranch for the sauceless spicy chicken sandwich, that was asking for too much. Its a simple request...
