As with all James Avery stores I have visited, the service here is unrivaled. The staff are extremely kind and courteous, and treat you as if their only objective is to satisfy your needs and make you a happy customer. I frequently get my necklace and ring polished, and have come in to have the band and clasp replaced on my necklace that I have owned for well over a decade. Every time I visit the service is equally as satisfactory, and usually the cleaning or repairs are done very quickly. I highly recommend James Avery.
