Couldn't even help me when I needed them to order me another band to my engagement ring they said they couldn't because my band was a clearance ring now and they do not deal with clearance... they could have ordered for me online to come to the store ... but the Kay's outlet in Robstown helped me they did the impossible 😊

This ring was originally bought back in December right around Christmas time. The ring was purchased in Brownsville Texas at the sunrise mall. When my boyfriend first purchased it they told him that the resizing fee was free. We decided to go get the ring resized At the Kay jewelers location in Mercedes Texas where they try to charge us the resizing fee. We called the Brownsville mall  where they said to bring it back to them so we did. We left it to get resized and after about four weeks we never received a call about it being ready. So we went to go and see what   What was happening when they said that they had forgotten to send it in. We then took the ring back. Where It sat in the box for almost a month until I had time to take it to another Kay jewelers here in Corpus Christi Texas at La Palmera Mall. Here they charged me $15 to fix it and at that point I just paid it because I really want my ring fixed. When I went back to pick it up the stone/ diamond setting was not the same as my original ring. This is not okay! I have had problems with 3 different Kay Jewelers locations! I am never purchasing anything from there ever again!!

Me and my husband bought a ring from them we ask if it could be sent out to get sized they said not until it's half way paid off then we paid it all the way off and they said you have to pay a fee to get it sized we were supposed to have the ring one Valentine's Day it's now a almost march and still no ring they said lasted week it would be here on the 27th now there saying it justed got shipped out today I think they need better communication skills with their staff

Worse store ever how can you sell an item on layway and calm to have called so upset and they have to reorder it again now i have to wait
