I've been a Betts Insurance customer for over 25 years. Kathy and Liz are always available to answer questions regarding my policy. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Whenever I need to make any changes I am confident they will provide me with the appropriate  information necessary to make an informed decision that will be best suited for my individual needs.

James E. Betts insurance has been our agent for 25+ years covering our home and autos, everyone has always been professional and courteous and answered all my concerns and claims promptly. Kathy and Liz have always been there for us. Whether it is a new vehicle or a claim, they are always eager to help us. We have been clients with James E. Betts insurance since the early 1980s. I like the fact I can call and get a person to help deal me with whatever my needs are.

These folks know what they are doing and how to do it with the Insured as first priority.  They listen to the reason for my call, address the issue giving the best course of action to take and how to take it.  Answers are based on the actual policy information and how to apply the coverage in the given situation.  I've been with them a LONG time.  Guessing nearly 30 years.

I have stayed with this agency for over 25 years because they are ALWAYS there  for you. They know who you are, and respond to questions and requests immediately. You can't get service like this from agencies with call centers and huge ad budgets!!
