Sean and his staff do an exceptional job. I use them for my personal home, rental properties, auto and umbrella policies. I have always received great service and am 100% satisfied with the services provided.
Sean was by far the best insurance agent I’ve met. He took time out to explain the different plans and was able to break them down into terms that I understood. He gave me his advice from the information I provided him with and we was able to work out a plan. I never felt pressured or obligated to sign anything, he treated me like a friend and I thank him for that.

Sean is a good guy, I've had him as my Agent for a couple years now and he is always very informative with insurance for my vehicles and for my life insurance policies. Him and his team respond back quick to emails and calls over questions I may have.
Sean and Jillian are extremely efficient. What else do you need from an insurance provider? You never think about that all the years that you pay your premiums and you get cranky and say I'm paying out all this money for nothing -- until something comes along where you need help. I had a tree crash into my house due to a storm. I had never experienced anything like that in my life but one call to these folks and everything basically was handled. They sent out an adjuster and then cut a check for the damages within 3 days. That is service when most needed. Amazingly two months later a reckless driver totaled my car. Within two days I had a check in hand and they guided me through all of the procedures for what to do. Thanks so much.
Did not receive "Good Neighbor" service or support. Although some what flustered by the consistent follow up phone calls regarding life insurance and wealth mgt advice - I would have previously rated this office a 3. However, after the treatment my parents received following an accident in their motorhome which was not their fault - I am ranking them a 1 and writing this review. I will start by saying - I don't write bad reviews generally. I subscribe to the school of "if you don't have something nice to say, say nothing at all". But I am so shocked by the treatment my parents received I felt compelled to leave this review. My parents struggled to get in touch with the office and were frequently referred to the main State Farm number who was as helpful as they could be given the circumstances. When my father finally reached the office, he calmly yet tearfully shared the feedback about how difficult the process had been to navigate and how alone they felt in the process. Following this conversation with the front office staff - they received an email from Sean simply stating "based on the conversation had with the front office, it is best for all parties involved for you to transition to a new agent" and simply provided the contact information for the agent they forwarded their accounts to. It is a miracle my parents were not seriously harmed - but they are still stranded in another State, wondering when they can unload the Motorhome. They are still gutted about losing something they had so many amazing memories in with their grandkids. I don't quite understand how providing honest feedback regarding poor customer service deserves such a response. The complete lack of empathy or tact makes me question State Farm's motto of "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". As a family who has been with State Farm for over 30 years - multi generationally - I hope that I can find an agent like we grew up with shout out to Mike Farmer - he was a GREAT neighbor. In the meantime, I hope State Farm corporate pulls the call with my father so they can review if they feel the actions were appropriate or merited.
I love this agent! I’ve bounced around to different companies in the past but Sean was the first person to take the time to explain what all my coverages meant and what I actually needed. Well, my experience began well, like any other relationship at the beginning, some years ago, following suit with what most others have stated here. Sean maintained a pleasant, courteous and professional demeanor throughout my years there as a customer, but Jillian over time became increasingly more cantankerous and argumentative over the phone the last 12 months or so, over simple things that she'd go out of her way to escalate and intensify, for whatever reason fixating on taking simple misunderstandings personally. Today was the last straw for me, when she and I quote literally said "Oh my God!" over the phone in the middle of a conversation and put it down some seconds, before returning to the call to berate me further over an issue I merely tried to better understand. I could not believe my ears, it honestly was so hostile and warring in nature that it was clear that it was somehow personal to her. Why the gloves of common courtesy were off with me the last year or so I will never know, albeit I do have an educated societal guess that I will leave unspoken, based on her tone and immediate propensity towards combativeness; either way, she clearly needs what we used to refer to in HR as "sensitivity training." Needless to say, I've since taken both my auto and life policies elsewhere. Hopefully your experiences will be ones where God's name isn't taken in vain over the phone by an agent that you are literally trusting with your life...
