I've had a condition,potentially serious, that specialists have not really recognized.Dr. Whelan recognized it, treated it, prevented it from becoming a serious instance.  He explained it probably would happen again and set me up with a means of immediate intervention.  Like the insurance ad on TV: he knows some things because he's seen some things.
