When informed by my PCP as to how the procedure would go and then get in to this practice and have something completely different happen is completely absurd. The treatment is not that due a veteran. Those of us who serve or have served this country deserve better care than what is received.

I am a us army veteran & and because I have VA insurance I am a palled that you were not see me that is very un-American this is the United States lot of veterans have died for this country
