Best salon ever, everyone does an amazing job. I love my hair everytime I go get it done.

A friend recommended James' service, so I thought maybe I could try him out. When I went there I was greeted by his friendly staff and I was asked what I would want for a service. James did a color my hair so perfectly I cannot believe what I was seeing. I just love what he did to my hair. And he is so charming, I will definitely be a regular customer.

The worst salon experience in my life. I went in to get my bangs trimmed, I even had a picture of what I wanted. The girl carelessly hacked away at it till my hair line showed. Not only was it ridiculously short but it was uneven and she also cut a hole into it. It did not in the slightest bit resemble the picture I brought in. It looked so bad that I burst into tears. The owner, James, came in and instead of being apologetic he blamed me! He actually yelled at me and said that I wasn't clear on what I wanted even though I had a picture! It was awful! He was so rude, I am never going back there again. My cat spits out better haircuts.
