We were looking to move to Meridian to be closer to our family and we were using an agent who was pushy and seemed like she just wanted to get us to write an offer.  We wanted to make sure we were getting the perfect house and it felt like she was rushing us, so we started looking for another agent.  We were referred to Jamie Carmouche by a friend and I am so thankful.  From day one he listened to what we needed in a house and he never tried to push us into writing an offer.  I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to have found an agent who actually felt like they were working for us rather than just trying to get another deal.  We finally found a house that felt like home and made an offer. I cannot thank Jamie enough for his patience and professionalism.  We will definitely use him again.

Jamie has been my Realtor for over 5yrs. I have personally referred him to several friends and family members who now use him as their Realtor of choice. The reason for Jamie's success is simple. I have never met a Realtor who will work as hard as Jamie to ensure his customer is completely satisfied with their real estate transaction. When helping me find a house Jamie took all my wife and I's crazy requirements and within a couple of days was able to find us the perfect house in the area we wanted to live. When selling our house Jamie provided valuable market analysis and recommendations to maximize the value of our home. But he didn't stop there, he also provided us with introductions to many high quality business entities who performed renovations and remodel activities at a reasonable price. Jamie even went out of his way to assist in the coordination with contractors to ensure the work got completed while I was away on travel. Thanks to Jamie, I bought a bank owned property and 3 yrs later with some modest renovations, pocketed nearly $100k when he sold it for me.

It was so comforting to have Jamie by our side when we sold our last house.  He did an awesome job with a combination of flyers and online marketing, and was so professional!  He even brought in a professional photographer which was very impressive.  I cannot believe how much of a difference the professional photos made.  I really appreciated the communication during the sale and he made us feel comfortable during the entire process.  I would highly recommend Jamie Carmouche as a real estate agent!

Excellence in real estate is a great example of truth in advertising! As with many people, I needed to short sale my home due to financial challenges. Jamie was very informative and knowledgeable about the process. This was a very hard decision for me and I did not take it lightly. Jamie put my nerves at ease. Throughout the process we were given many roadblocks by the lender. He diligently worked and fought for me. He was very dedicated to the sale and kept me informed of what was happening with the sale. Through is dedication and persistence with the bank, they were not able to bully us out of the deal. We were able to get an acceptable offer that the bank accepted, and we were able to finish the sale without penalties. Jamie is "Excellence in Real Estate". Thank you Jamie!

Jamie is totally in a class by himself as a person, and a real estate agent! From the very beginning he was so in touch with what we wanted in a house. In fact we knew exactly the kind of house we wanted before we could even express our wants fully. Any concerns we had Jamie would address quickly. Jamie always made us feel like we were the only real estate clients he had. Best of all, when the whole house buying process was over, Jamie was not just the only real estate agent we would want to work with in Boise, but he had also become a good friend.
