Zackery Mcallister found me a beautiful home in Boise when I was moving here from Oregon. THE PROBLEM IS that there is land behind it with gorgeous views. I fell in love with the serenity as I indicated to Zack that I needed a quiet place, since I work from home. I ASKED ZACK TO CHECK ON THE LAND BEHIND THE HOUSE. I wanted to make sure nothing was going to be built on it.  He told me it was Bureau of Land Management land and would not be built on.  I have this in emails.  I asked him to make sure. I bought the house in July 2016. In November of 2016 I learned that the land behind my house is the CBH SYRINGA VALLEY: 2000 homes, schools, shopping centers, roads, etc. Slated to start building 2017.  Needless to say I was devastated.  Zack had NOT researched it as I had asked him, or had deceived me. I have now sold my dream home and I am moving on. What a waste of my time, energy, money. I was told by a real estate attorney that I have a lawsuit since I have numerous emails back and forth.  But, instead I am posting this to warn people and moving on from this tragedy.

We had the best experience with purchasing our new home through David! We could not have been more impressed with how much he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We could go on and on forever on how amazing our home buying process was. 

He stayed in our price range and made sure that we got the best deal possible. After looking a couple homes he knew exactly our style and preferences and helped shorten the list of homes to look at. He was incredibly patient with us and flexible with our impossible schedules. He had great insight to the possibilities of a home and what would be a money pit that was a waste of time. 

David has the best contacts and resources for just about anything you need before and after buying a home. He lined us up with a great inspector and the best contractors/handymen to get some odd jobs done around the house. He helped us immensely with the loan aspect of buying and is partnered with a great company there.

David has continued to stay in touch to make sure that everything is working out for us. I highly, highly recommend using David as a real-estate agent for finding a home or investment property. He did an incredible job. He is honest, dependable, professional, thorough, and insanely helpful in every aspect. You can't go wrong with him as your agent!

My husband and I were looking for a house to buy. Being new to the area we did not have a specific location in mind. Another realtor we tried was upset that we kept sending him listings in different areas of the county. Zack was very accommodating in allowing us to look at houses all over the county even within one day sometimes. He was always quick to set up a viewing which was very helpful; we never missed out on a listing we wanted to view. With my son due to be born any minute Zack worked very quickly with negotiations and closing. He is the ideal real estate agent and a very kind person.

David was the best decision we made in our home buying process. We only had a few weekends to find a home and David was always readily available and super knowledgeable in our search. Not only was he able to find our dream home in a very short time, he was the calming light throughout the whole process. He went over and beyond his real estate duties to make sure our experience was easy and stress free. We would recommend David all day long!!

David was great to work with.  He went above and beyond to get us information we wanted on certain areas or neighborhoods.  He was helpful in pointing out the good and bad things at each house - things we might have missed - so that we could make an informed decision.  David was also helpful when we were trying to refinish the hardwoods before we moved into the house.  He met us at the house and asked the hardwood contractor various questions to make sure we were using a company that would do an excellent job.  He sincerely wanted us to be perfectly happy and comfortable in the home we chose.  I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
