I have been customers of the Jared Dolan Agency for almost a year now,  State Farm as a business is not consistent with pricing and gives you less than 30 days notice of changes for the following months bill.  That being said Jan, Lauren, & Kailyn have always been of great help! I do wish that somethings were more consistent than others, but that is a day to day life struggle.  I've now relocated to Dallas, Texas and continue to do business with this Agency and they do a great job highly recommend for all your insurance & financing needs!!!

it seems that all they want is numbers, they harass you by calling everyday and make you feel important but as soon as you sign with them its impossible to get a hold of the person that was calling you non stop. also when id call in with a simple question they had no idea how to answer it and they would have to call me back hours later with an answer that ended up being incorrect. big business means your only a number to them. poor customer contact and knowledge of information.

Moved to the area a couple of months ago, Jared and Jan have done a great job welcoming us to the area, transfering our State Farm policies to the area, provided the Best customer support anyone could ask for.  Great job, thanks for all you do.

Relocating to area for work and stopped into JDSF to compare home and auto rates. I found Jared and his staff to be friendly, eager and knowledgeable. I was quite surprised at how competitive the rates were and switched all of my insurance to Jared's office. Thanks Jared for making my experience very pleasant.
