My boyfriend ans I went into this store 7/25/2017. I was in my scrubs and he was  wear normal jeans and a shirt. We walked in not one person said hi or welcome or anything. So we started lookimg at the Pandora charms for our 4 year old when 2 more clients came in and they got a "Hello" or "How may I help you". On worker was goimg to talk to us but when they saw 2 other ladies well dressed she went on to help them insted. We then after being at the store for about 15 mins we had someone ask if we needed help? Really? Well needless to say we will not be returning.

The service we received was great, the girl that helped us pick our wedding rings was very detailed and so excited. This store is LGBT friendly.

The stone had inclusions that were not pointed out before purchase, then the return was forced to be an exchange because they counted the order time for the stone in the return, so basically we were almost to the 30 day mark before we headed to the week vacation which included the proposal!!! The return experience was even worse after the staff made me feel bad for not keeping he stone! They have ruined the whole experience don't let them do the same for you!
