Friendly smiling faces and have been becoming a place worth doing business with ever since they hired the male manager . Not sure how long hes been there but the female manager i used to see all the time before I started seeing him was keeping a tenseful look in the associates face and giving a F off look to the customers herself . The place was always empty, now I drive pass and the lot doesn't look deserted. Associates look at ease now. Was that lady torturing them and selling them on the black market when they scrwd up? Kudos for new management team :)

An online representative, Ryan, helped me track down the instrument I was looking for as they became available at the shops in the area. When I cam into purchase in UC, the employees were super helpful and nice. Great experience.

These people are absolutely horrible. They have the worst customer service in the world. I just needed something until my bank opened and because they would have had to stay 3 minutes after, the low balled me and then said no, that he has a family to go to and could not wait one extra minute. I then saw one called Cash America on the same street. There doors were locked as I approached and not only did they open the door, they gave me 50 dollars more than the rip off place even after I realized I had forgotten the battery and would be unable to prove it worked. They believe in taking care golf their customers while money mart only wants to take care of themselves and treatable everyone like a scumbag. I may never need to do it again, but I like to shop in pawn shops for deals and I will never set foot in a money mart.

The people here are absolute ripoff artist! I brought in a LG Bluetooth sound bar, they had the exact same one on their shelf for $189.99. The down-syndrome cokehead that's always sniffing at the counter has no earthly idea what she is doing. I asked for $120 as a loan on the sound bar. She kept sniffing and looking around with this clueless look waiting for someone else to tell her what to do. And they tried to day they could only loan $30 on it. Then another person was there with a new set of tools and they said it was too new and they have to have a receipt to prove it was his.

I always enjoy walking into this shop. I'm always greeted by their friendly staff and they know I looooooove watches and guns
