We were visiting my parents in Lake Wales with a focus of bringing back to Cincinnati a couple of cabinets that my dad made for us. I had a trailer hitch installed in July for this purpose. When we went on Saturday to get the trailer hooked up, we found that the lights weren't working. We were concerned about what we would be able to do as this was a holiday weekend. Used my Lincoln app to find Jarrett-Gordan Lincoln Ford Dealer. Called and confirmed they were open until 3 pm and could check out my electrical system for the trailer hitch. We showed up and the guys took care of us. They had to replace the wires in the connector, but they got us back out on the road to get the trailer. We were able to load up the cabinets and make our way back home to Cincinnati. Thank you to Bruce and Nick for getting us out of a jam!

Cannot express my gratitude enough! While on vacation here in Florida, my car's air conditioner went out. Dave (service) went out of his way to get my car in and out. They fixed my a.c. and took care of a rental car! Our drive back to Louisiana in this heat will definitively be more pleasant! A+ service. Thanks again!!

After walking out of a very rude and poorly managed dealership for service, we went to Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Winter Haven. We were greeted by Chris Rodriguez, the service advisor and quite honestly could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The friendliness, professionalism, fairness and attention to detail that Chris displayed was a great reflection on Jarrett-Gordon. If his customer service qualities could be cloned, this world would be a better place. Because of him, this organization just gained 2 new customers for both service and purchase!!!! Thank you Chris! Thank you Jarrett-Gordon for employing individuals such as him!

The Service Dept at Jarrett-Gordon in Winter Haven is FANTASTIC! These guys take great care of my car AND they take wonderful care of ME! Joyce is awesome!

Well the dealership is nice the employees are helpful and if you don't like a color they find you a color that you'll want so I really recommend Jarrett-gordon Ford dealership in winter Haven Florida
